The original logo was produced as an adaptable identity system for the annual Salon des Refusés exhibition that could evolve as the exhibition gained recognition and retention, incorporating the exhibition’s full name and evolving to the shortened form over time.
In 2017 the identity evolved to encompass the umbrella brand Salon Art Projects building on the recognition of the Salon des Refusés exhibition.
